Effective March 10, 2026
Privacy Policy
The Memorial is operated by DataCraft Works, LLC. This prelaunch site currently functions as an informational landing page and waitlist entry point.
What we collect
At this stage, the only personal information we intentionally request is information you voluntarily submit, such as an email address through a waitlist or support inquiry. Our hosting providers may also collect routine technical logs such as IP address, browser type, and request timestamps.
How we use information
We use submitted information to respond to inquiries, manage launch communications, improve service reliability, and protect the site from abuse. We do not sell personal information.
Memorial content and permanence
The planned product will involve public or semi-public memorial content and decentralized storage technologies such as IPFS or blockchain-backed records. When that functionality is launched, additional disclosures will explain what information may become persistent or publicly accessible. Until then, do not submit sensitive memorial content through this landing page.
Third parties
This site may rely on hosting, CDN, or infrastructure providers to deliver content. If third-party tools or analytics are added later, this policy will be updated before those tools are treated as part of normal operations.
Your choices
You may request removal from waitlist communications or ask privacy questions by contacting DataCraft Works, LLC at barry@barrymister.com.
